I am a Ph.D. student in Prof. Taylor Sparks group, Materials Science & Engineering Department at the University of Utah, specializing in materials informatics and generative AI for material discovery. My research focuses on developing generative framework for text conditoned crystal structure generation, incorporating materials science objective allignment using reinforcemnet learning, developing AI agent-based workflows for property-guided materials discovery and ML workflow to accelerate alloy design.
Previously, I worked as a research scientist at the national laboratory (BARC, India) focusing on energy materials development and also contributed to industry research projects at Apple, Inc.
